Ruby rushed after her sister. Iris grabbed the heavy fire extinguisher. Ruby grabbed several pails. They ran back to the Enchanted Realm.

“Ember Shadow!” Iris called. “We need your help!”

The stallion flew down and landed. He had been born under the Dragon Moon, so he had wings like a dragon.

Iris climbed onto his back with the fire extinguisher. As Ember Shadow flew over the trees, Iris worked to put out the flames.

Ruby called to the unicorns in the stream. “Will you fill the pails with water?”

As they did so, Lucky whinnied and nudged Ruby’s arm. Then he jumped high, almost to the tops of the trees.

“Great idea!” Ruby said.

Ruby got onto Lucky’s back. Each time Lucky leaped, Ruby flung water on the burning trees. The other unicorns raced back and forth, refilling the pails with water. Everyone worked together. Slowly, the flames died down. Then they went out completely.
